THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Mid-level Product Designer for our CODE focus area in Brazil!
The Consumer Digital Experience (CODE) team within Product & Technology focuses on evolving our product to deliver a simple, engaging, and delightful user experience. We aim to support users in starting and cultivating their well-being journey with Wellhub. We strive to create seamless delivery flows and journeys, ensuring a consistent and intuitive design that drives engagement and satisfaction.
YOUR IMPACT
- As a Product Designer, your main job is to create great user interfaces and improve our product experiences.
- You will focus a lot on visual design and screen creation while still researching and discovering.
- You need to be very skilled in Figma.
- Your work will help meet user needs and business goals.
- You will pay special attention to smooth workflows, polished user journeys, and high visual standards.
- Work with product and engineering teams to align design solutions with the product roadmap, ensuring consistency across features and flows.
- Refine UI components, contributing to the scalability and consistency of our design system while maintaining a user-centered approach.
- Design and optimize delivery flows, focusing on intuitive user journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
- Leverage research findings to inform and guide design decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with user needs and expectations.
- Develop prototypes to validate concepts, balancing the need for pixel-perfect design with speed and practicality.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
WHO YOU ARE
- Professional design experience, preferably in digital product design or technology startups.
- Figma expert!
- Strong skills in user interface design and a solid understanding of design systems.
- Demonstrated experience in designing delivery flows and optimizing user journeys.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align on goals and execute efficiently.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and quickly translating ideas into testable concepts.
- A keen eye for visual quality and consistency in design.
- An intermediate or higher level of English is required.
- A hands-on, self-starter attitude with a passion for solving problems through design.
