Responsibilities

Design solutions that build confidence for developers regarding production changes.
Work alongside the DevEx Leadership Team to solve complex problems.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct user research, including interviews or usability testing.
Facilitate team workshops for ideation or assumption discovery.
Mentor other designers and share expertise.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a Product Design role.
Ability to use generative and evaluative research methods.
Experience working in an agile environment with Product Managers and Engineers.
Understanding of daily developer workflows and experience with relevant tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A portfolio showcasing success in designing for developer tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

A software engineering background would be a nice-to-have.
