What youβll do
- You'll work across many aspects of the design process.
- Set the bar for quality on your projects.
- Support other designers of all levels.
- Work closely with our brand team.
- Collaborate with design specialists.
- Participate with research and strategy.
- Collaborate directly with and present to key client team members.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and product team members.
- If desired, coach and mentor other designers.
- Share your knowledge and approach with the broader design team.
Experience
- Experience working in collaborative, highly iterative teams.
- Proven experience across UX, UI, and Motion design at a senior level.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- A track record of working across the product development cycle.
Nice to haves
- 3D skills are a bonus.
