We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end user journey, with a strong focus on activation, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in shaping our product experience, designing seamless onboarding flows, optimizing feature adoption, and running experiments that drive business impact. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our design decisions align user needs with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design โ Drive best-in-class UX, UI, and interaction design, ensuring an intuitive and compelling user experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making โ Use data insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user journey.
- Prototyping & Validation โ Rapidly build and test prototypes to validate hypotheses, balancing speed and craft.
- User Journey Optimization โ Identify friction points and design solutions that accelerate time-to-value for users.
- Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) Approach โ Leverage user research to deeply understand user problems and create solutions that fit into their workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration โ Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive impactful growth initiatives.
- AI-Powered Experiences โ Design interfaces that seamlessly integrate AI-powered automation to solve users' problems.
- Experimentation & Growth โ Foster a culture of continuous iteration and testing, optimizing for activation, feature adoption, and retention.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within PLG SaaS environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful products with a focus on execution speed and growth impact.
- Solid understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks such as JTBD, PLS, and PLG.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align design decisions with business objectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering impactful work in fast-paced startup environments.
