- Collaborate closely as a partner with Product Managers and UX designers to grasp project requirements, set ambitious goals, and understand the user's world.

- Craft wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that breathe life into your design concepts.
- Establish and maintain a design system and style guide that fosters a seamless, immersive user experience across our entire platform.
- Create high-impact, pixel-perfect visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Embrace change and iterate on your designs based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and bring emerging design tools into our design process.
Requirements
- Proven Product Designer with an electrifying portfolio.
- Seasoned expert in Figma.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles with a deep understanding of usability best practices.
- Ability to clearly convey design to non-designers.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics.
