Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the products and problems to create new patterns that meld traditional workflows with crypto.
- Focus on creating intuitive and scalable solutions within Anchorage's ecosystem.
- Work on admin experience, authentication, access management, and other core SaaS product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise products.
- Experience in building scalable systems and core product functionalities.
- Ability to articulate design decisions that deliver user and business value.
- Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
