We're looking for a Product Design Lead who will own the creative direction of our product experience. You'll have the autonomy to shape how healthcare professionals interact with our platform, rescuing them from the terrible UX they're currently forced to use. With significant creative freedom, you'll define the visual language and interaction patterns that will streamline workflows, save time, and ultimately improve patient care outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and own the creative direction of our product, with the freedom to establish design patterns and visual identity
• Design intuitive, delightful user journeys with full autonomy over creative decisions and solutions
• Drive the product vision through your designs, influencing product strategy and roadmap
• Work closely with engineers in rapid iteration cycles, maintaining creative control throughout implementation
• Establish and maintain direct communication channels with users through research and feedback sessions
• Create accessible designs with the authority to set accessibility standards across the platform
• Define and evolve our design system with the freedom to make key architectural decisions
• Transform complicated healthcare processes into clear, efficient user experiences based on your creative vision

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience, with examples of creating elegant solutions to complex problems
• Portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
• Experience designing for both mobile and desktop interfaces
• Strong skills in user research, interaction design, and visual design
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with quick iteration cycles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Passion for improving healthcare through better design
• Empathy for frontline healthcare workers and their unique challenges
