The mission for the role: We’re looking for a highly motivated (Jr-Mid) Designer who will be responsible for designing visually striking and compelling marketing design content, inclusive of email, static ads and landing pages. You will be a self starter who has a passion for visual design, stays up to date with current design trends and can use customer insights to create effective email creative campaigns. You will be a key brand guardian and support the Design Lead to roll out and refine the email design system, working closely with the Marketing team. You will own your projects from start to finish and work in collaboration with copywriters and key stakeholders to ideate on briefs and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
  • Delivered visually compelling emails that have increased engagement
  • Supported the email design system rollout
  • Aided our landing page design strategy with the product design team
  • Helped evolve the standard of our creative output across all marketing channels
  • Supported the Marketing team with creation of new assets and refined email templates

What you bring to the team
  • Experience designing with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
  • Clear communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset
  • Hunger and excitement to learn and experiment
  • Experience in ideating and presenting new creative concepts
  • An interest in using data to inform design decisions
  • Knowledge of current design trends
  • Experience working In-house or agency
  • Pixel perfect eye for detail.

Nice to have:
  • Experience of multi language content creation for emails and landing pages
  • Motion design knowledge

Your core responsibilities:
  • Design visually compelling emails, landing pages, social and direct mail creative
  • Present new design concepts and projects to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to ideation sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Support the Design Lead to evolve the brand identity and creative output
  • Digital artwork assets as needed for multiple languages
  • Be a brand guardian
