Responsibilities
- Identify friction points across teams and build AI-powered solutions that turn multi-hour tasks into single-click operations
- Design and implement intelligent workflows using Replit Agent, LLMs, and cutting-edge AI tools
- Move between teams, understanding unique challenges and building custom AI solutions that scale across the organization
- Create internal tools using unreleased Replit Agent features to demonstrate AI-assisted development
- Track the ROI of automations and evangelize AI productivity transformation
- Influence Replit Agent's product roadmap through internal use cases
