You will do
- Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities, define user experiences, and drive product direction
- Work full-stack to own features end-to-end from exploration to ongoing iteration
- Build scalable, high-quality systems tackling performance, architecture, and reliability
- Continuously improve codebase, infrastructure, and practices balancing speed with quality
- Contribute to technical leadership by driving architecture, shaping standards, and improving hiring
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor
- Strong CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems
- Write high-quality code, value testing, and follow best practices in engineering, security, and design
- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Enjoy learning new tools and methodologies to stay cutting-edge
- Able to work effectively remote with overlap 9 AM to 12 PM PT core hours
- Bonus: Experience building 0 to 1 products and engineering systems
