You will be the first dedicated Product Manager for Matcha Mobile, responsible for refining strategy, launching our MVP, and scaling the app into a differentiated product with meaningful business impact.
This is not about copying Matcha Web into an app - it1s about creating a mobile-first experience that makes crypto trading simple, social, and seamless on the go.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring Matcha Mobile to life and grow it into a key driver of users and revenue for 0x.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Matcha Mobile.
Partner with engineering and design to ship wallet integrations, trading flows, discovery features, and mobile-first UX.
Work with marketing/go-to-market to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
Research and understand user needs; translate them into features, experiments, and iterations.
Use analytics and feedback loops to refine product direction.
Evaluate trade-offs, communicate priorities, and drive consensus across stakeholders.
Ensure Matcha Mobile contributes to the overall Matcha suite while serving its distinct user base.
Be a culture carrier: embody curiosity, humility, and autonomy while inspiring the team toward ambitious goals.

First and foremost, you are passionate about solving difficult problems and creating meaningful products.
You thrive in ambiguity, are energized by crypto, and bring a combination of creativity and structured problem-solving.
5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Proven ability to launch and scale products end-to-end.
Strong product sense: able to decompose ambiguous problems, prioritize, and execute.
Crypto-fluent: understands DEXs, wallets, smart contracts, and multi-chain basics.
Collaborative and user-driven; comfortable working with engineering (APIs/SDKs) and design (mobile UX).
Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and inspire teams.
Curious, humble, and adaptable - thrives in async, distributed teams.

The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $200,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits.
