About the Role
- Design a user-centric SaaS dashboard to prevent fraud.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Understand complex challenges and create intuitive experiences.
- Explore context, engage stakeholders, and propose product-aligned solutions.
- Operate independently with minimal briefs and fast execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive the entire design process from identifying user problems to final implementation and hand-off.
- Design for all user flows, edge cases, and UI states for smooth engineering hand-off.
- Maintain visibility and communicate status remotely using comments, annotations, and tagging.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience or strong portfolio designing UI/UX for dashboards and SaaS products.
- Master Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototypes.
- Expertise in design systems to create consistent dashboard experiences.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and data visualization best practices.
- Experience communicating with leadership including CEO, CTO, and CPO.
- Awareness of future design trends, including AI-driven workflows.
- Startup, small company, or founder experience preferred.
Bonus Points
- Experience in globally distributed teams.
- Background in fraud, AML, compliance, payments, fintech, or banking.
- Familiarity with Figma Make, Gemini, Loveable, v0, or similar tools.
- Some front-end coding knowledge.
Compensation
- Base pay range of R$265,000 - R$370,000 BRL plus Series C equity potential and attractive benefits.
- Compensation varies by location, experience, and interview performance.
