Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, scalable, and secure front-end solutions that directly support business goals.
• Write clean, testable, and observable code, championing high standards for code quality and reliability.
• Proactively identify and reduce technical debt, driving continuous improvements.
• Take full ownership of projects, transforming ambiguity into clear, impactful results with minimal oversight.
• Contribute significantly to front-end architecture, lead code reviews, and help shape technical roadmap and team direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-focused features.
• Engage directly in customer demos and feedback sessions to understand real-world product use.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years experience building modern, browser-based applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong commitment to user experience (UX) and performance.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate technical trade-offs for architectural patterns and solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web application design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with passion for mentoring.
• Self-sufficiency to navigate through complex tasks.
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code) to aid development speed and documentation.

Bonus Points

• Experience with data visualization libraries like Highcharts.js or D3.js.
• Proficiency in Python backend language.
• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Experience building healthcare or analytics-heavy products.
