- Elevate design practice by contributing to the evolving design system providing thoughtful critique to peers and growing collective capabilities.
- Be part of a highly collaborative design team owning area of focus while working with fellow designers to shape end-to-end CLM platform.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years crafting digital product experiences with a portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving approach particularly in B2B or enterprise contexts where features shipped with measurable impact.
- Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through partnerships with product and engineering teams and ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Technical design proficiency with tools like Figma or Sketch complemented by understanding of design systems principles and component-based approaches enabling consistent, scalable experiences.
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing approaches that inform and validate design decisions.
