About the Role
- Own the strategy, prioritization, and execution of Limble's pre-built integrations and ecosystem partnerships.
- Make it effortless for customers to connect Limble with ERP, purchasing, inventory, IoT, and more.
- Define roadmap for in-app integrations; manage iPaaS partner relationships; lead migration from legacy iPaaS.
- Ensure integrations are a competitive advantage for Limble.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own and refine the roadmap for ERP, HRIS, Finance, Inventory, Sensors/IoT, SSO, and other enterprise workflows.
- Prioritize requests based on customer demand, market needs, GTM input, and enterprise strategic value.
- Translate business workflows into clear functional and technical requirements for engineering.
- Own the API product roadmap and developer experience strategy.
- Partner with engineering leads to ensure predictable, scalable, reusable integrations in new platform architecture.
- Manage full lifecycle of integrations from discovery through improvement.
- Create repeatable patterns and frameworks to speed integration delivery.
- Engage with customers, partners, and prospects to identify workflow needs and integration gaps.
- Support enterprise sales by illustrating Limble's role in operational tech stacks.
- Manage strategic iPaaS partner relationships and roadmap for Limble-built connectors.
- Lead transition from legacy iPaaS tooling to customer-supported or native integrations.
- Ensure ecosystem reliability, documentation, SLAs, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support.
- Own intake, triage, and scoping of integration requests from Sales and Customer Success.
- Create repeatable integration playbooks for enterprise implementations.
- Lead Limble's integration partner ecosystem with guidance on integration use cases.
- Partner to build scalable partner enablement programs.
- Act as escalation point for high-impact partner needs and roadmap alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership.
- Understanding of operational workflows and technologies like ERP, procurement, inventory, asset management.
- Strong communication skills for complex enterprise conversations.
- Ability to build structured integration requirements (API calls, scenarios, data mappings, sync frequencies).
- Experience owning/working with iPaaS solutions such as Make, Prismatic, Zapier, Workato, Celigo, n8n, Tray.io.
- Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term ecosystem strategy.
- Thrives in cross-functional teams and achieves rapid alignment.

- Experience scaling integrations at B2B SaaS enterprise software company.
- Understanding of CMMS, EAM, IoT, or operational/maintenance workflows.
- Strong systems thinking to build scalable integration patterns.
