- Senior Backend Software Engineer role in Professional Services team (Remote - Brazil only)
- Lead architecture of integration products, process automation, customized reporting
- Lead internal migration of 50+ connectors into a new programming environment
- Collaborate globally on product and revenue strategies
Your Impact
- Serve as technical reference building APIs and integrations
- Mentor and guide team members on backend and database practices
- Engage in client-facing meetings with Product Manager for scenario mapping and validation
- Drive detailed report creation and provide insights to stakeholders
- Oversee data manipulation and transformation per client preferences
- Track tasks and document deliverables
- Identify and implement business and process improvements
- Monitor business metrics and promote continuous improvement

Who You Are
- Proven experience in backend development and database management
- Expertise in GIT, Clean Code, development best practices
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript
- Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) and dashboards using Metabase
- Proficient with AWS cloud services, containers, serverless (Lambdas)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience creating/maintaining high-traffic APIs
- Skilled in monitoring and KPIs (Datadog, Grafana)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving abilities
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency
- Client-facing skills with effective relationship management
- Previous international project experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science or equivalent experience
