Partner with Engineering leadership, senior engineers, and product leaders to translate business strategy into technical plans.
Lead adoption and enablement of AI-driven software development capabilities.
Combine deep technical expertise with broad influence to shape Agiloft’s technical roadmap and developer experience.

Architecture Ownership & Stewardship: Own architecture for critical backend domains ensuring design integrity, evolution, and technical debt management.
Strategic Technical Leadership: Plan and execute architecture and code changes to improve scalability, extensibility, and developer productivity while maintaining the no-code principle.
AI-Forward Engineering Enablement: Champion AI-assisted engineering by designing AI-friendly components and best practices.
Engineering Excellence & Developer Experience: Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, security, and developer tooling.
Mentorship & Organizational Impact: Mentor engineers, unblock teams, communicate complex concepts, and drive adoption of cloud-native and AI-enabled practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field.
10+ years professional software engineering experience with impact at senior or staff level.
Strong proficiency in Java and SQL, with deep experience in large-scale backend systems.
Experience owning and evolving architecture for complex platforms and leading modernization initiatives.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform.
Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and integration into engineering workflows.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to influence technical direction.
Excellent communication skills around architecture and strategy.
