The Role

• Build high-impact products across domains: Simulation & Diagnostic Tools, Patient Education, and Insights/Hub.
• Develop visual and data-driven tools to help dentists diagnose and plan treatments more effectively.
• Create interactive experiences that help patients understand dental health and treatment options.
• Develop a centralized performance dashboard for actionable practice growth data.

What You9ll Do

• Contribute to scalable services and rich frontend experiences across Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains.
• Own features tied to North Star Metric (Same Store Growth) ensuring tools provide measurable value.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate dental workflows into software.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and suggest best practices.
• Work across the stack (TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) to deliver end-to-end features.

What We9re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development with preference for React and Node.js.
• Focus on understanding the impact of your work on practice performance and patient outcomes.
• Excitement about building complex diagnostic and simulation tools including data visualization, 3D renderings, or integrations.
• Forward-thinking regarding AI utilization opportunities.
• Commitment to high-quality code, automated testing, and system design.
