Your mission
- Architect the Foundation of Fintech Innovation in the Cloud. You'll be a key driver in building and maintaining Banxware's robust and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Your expertise in AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless technologies will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform, enabling seamless and instant financing solutions for our partners and their merchants.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to build and operate a cutting-edge, compliant, and highly available environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with AWS CDK.
- Build and maintain scalable and cost-effective serverless solutions leveraging AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Implement and enforce robust security best practices across our AWS environment.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions for optimization and high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and support for cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of security policies and compliance standards.
Your profile
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically AWS CDK.
- Proven ability to design, build, and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket Pipelines).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus
- Experience in the Fintech industry or with financial services regulations.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer โ Professional, AWS Certified Security โ Specialty).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Familiarity with security scanning tools and vulnerability management processes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
