Responsibilities
- Simplify the complexities of healthcare by building scalable, efficient systems that enhance human efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies to solve challenges and advance goals.
- Define and maintain development practices enabling fast iteration with quality, including writing tests and documenting implementations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and operational teams to conceptualize and develop new features.

- Collaborate easily with technical and non-technical colleagues to arrive at practical and durable technical solutions that improve experience, functionality, performance, or reliability.
- Participate actively in technical discussions and create clear implementations/Technical Design Documents for ambiguous problems.
- Reinforce existing design patterns and introduce new ones appropriately to manage system complexity.
- Leverage technical and business acumen to identify improvements, evaluate technologies, and raise team technical capabilities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in Python, Ruby, Go, C, or Java.
- Ability to build and maintain systems with maturity, rigor, and scalability.
- Comfortable working across different technical systems and concerns.
- Experience building and refactoring complex, often distributed, systems.
