Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System focusing on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification, and motivational mechanisms.
- Empower graduates to find jobs and match with clinical partners using generative AI for resume generation and interview training.
- Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success using generative AI.
- Generate and maintain content at scale adapting to educational needs, enabling quick curriculum creation and iteration.
- Make data reliable and accessible to empower business, learning, and operations teams to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficient in at least one of React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL with willingness to learn others.
- Obsessive about solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology and eagerness to learn daily.
- Excited to join an early-stage company and comfortable building new systems.
- Strong drive to make an impact in people's lives.
- Experience building meaningful projects and ownership of full development lifecycle (full-stack).
Bonus Points
- Experience in direct-to-consumer startups, especially within EdTech or Healthcare.
