Responsibilities
- Scale Omnea's product, team, and company through growth phases from start-up to scale-up
- Be involved in key product decisions, including prioritising roadmap and defining technical direction
- End-to-end ownership of projects, from design to deployment and monitoring
- Deploy small incremental changes multiple times per day through continuous delivery
- Tackle scalability challenges as customer base and product domains expand
- Collaborate closely while maintaining autonomy in project execution
- Engage with customers to incorporate their feedback and improve the product experience
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of software engineering experience, product-minded and impact-focused
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with Typescript and ideally AWS technologies
- Experience building highly reliable and well-architected web applications
- Comfortable working across the stack including DevOps and styling
- Prepared to undertake pair-programming technical interviews in Javascript or Typescript
- Ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity in problem-solving
- Team player with an interest in team building, mentoring, and providing feedback

- Passion for engineering demonstrated by contributions to open-source or side projects

Work Details
- Hybrid role: 3 days on-site in London office (Tues-Thurs)
- Omnea provides Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship and Β£8,000 relocation reimbursement for Senior+ engineers
- Compensation range from Β£85K to Β£150K depending on seniority plus equity
