- Leads quality assurance/quality control for the team
- Provides senior level design review for the team
- Attends client meetings
- Directs and manages project staff on technical aspects of projects
- May travel to job sites at different stages in construction
- Works in all types of terrain and weather conditions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Associate Degree in Drafting
- 10 years of CAD software experience (AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Project Management skills for medium-sized projects
