About the Role
As a frontend engineer at Coda, you will work on our browser-based client, building and simplifying delightful experiences for all of our users. You will partner with a stellar team of passionate, experienced engineers, designers and product managers who have been instrumental in building some of the most widely-used technology products in the world, including YouTube, Google Drive/Docs, Google Shopping/Travel, Amazon AWS, Pinterest, and Microsoft Azure.
We run on React, TypeScript, Python and NodeJS. We believe in using the best tool for the job and don't shy away from solving complex problems!
In this role you will:
Partner with the product, design and growth teams to enhance Coda working with new features, mobile clients, APIs, performance, and quality.
Work in a collaborative environment across multiple geo-located offices (Seattle, San Francisco, and Mountain View). Like many of our engineers, you can also work remotely
Help ensure our customers have an excellent experience using Coda
Participate in the engineering teams' on-call rotations for customer support and live production issues during business hours.
You may be a great fit for this role if:
You have 3+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role and have a software engineering degree or equivalent experience
You love programming and have excellent proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript or NodeJS.
You have worked with any modern UX frameworks such as React or Vue.
You are motivated and excel when challenged.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience, and may vary from the range provided: $125,000 - $250,000.
