The purpose of this role is to design and implement scalable software solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery within established timelines. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges, improving engineering practices,and contributing to software reliabilityand performance. A Senior Developer mentors peers, shares technical expertise,and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

What you’ll drive

Architecture and development

• Designing and implementing scalableand efficient software architectures.
• Writing, testing,and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications.
• Delivering code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.

Leadership and collaboration

• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior engineersand team members.
• Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security,and best practices.
• Managing software development projects, ensuring timely deliveryand quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and align technical solutions that meet business objectives
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders on technical concepts.

Engineering processes and quality assurance

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software developmentand system design.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software developmentand system design.
• Researchingand implementing new technologiesand methodologies to improve software performanceand development processes.
• Identifying and resolving complex software issuesand technical challenges.
• Developingand enforcing testing protocols to ensure software reliabilityand performance.

What makes you a GR8 fit

Must-have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role;
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers,and web testing frameworks;
• Experience with microfrontend architecturesand Module Federation patterns (Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, shared dependency management);
• Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance,and develop proofs of concept (PoCs);
• Understanding of web performance metricsand browser performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), FCP, TTFB, TBT, Speed Index, Time to Interactive(TTI), bundle size,and JavaScript parsingand execution performance;
• Understanding of browser internals, SPAsand static websites, client-server architecture, REST APIs, SSR, web security,and UI/UX patterns;
• Effective communication skills with both technicaland non-technical audiences;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
