We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is deeply passionate about product analytics and has a proven track record of driving a data-centric product culture. You will be a beacon of insight, helping to steer the organization towards data-driven excellence, and collaborating closely with various product teams to ensure that data is at the heart of every decision we make.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You’ll be the driver of our data-driven culture around products, partnering with product teams to instill data into every decision.
- Setting up the foundational pieces to drive a data-driven culture: defining the right KPIs for each product team, data collection conventions, marts, and basic reporting.
- Creating visibility into important data pieces to ensure product teams are aware of the reality.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and insights to drive better product decisions.
- Creating tools, infrastructure, and education to encourage self-service.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to drive data-driven product teams.
- Proficient in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of analytical and querying techniques.
NICE TO HAVE
- Startup experience, particularly as the founding member of a product analytics team.
- Player/Coach mindset, with the ability and willingness to start as an IC and grow into leadership roles.

Compensation Range: $130K - $230K
