In this role, you will
- Lead Gustoβs Financial Products Foundations engineering team, focusing on recruitment and team empowerment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and design leadership.
- Drive the development of core platform initiatives in a startup environment.
- Define product and platform solutions by providing technical leadership.
- Understand customer pain points and devise effective solutions for product launches.
- Empower senior engineers and help them get unblocked in their work.
You will need
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams for at least 2 years.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand scalable architecture.
- A high standard of user experience informed by customer insights.
- Strategic mindset with expertise in hands-on building in technical leadership roles, particularly in fintech.
