In this role, you will
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 engineers in full-stack web engineering.
- Participate in project design and implementation.
- Promote software development best practices and conduct code reviews.
- Plan and architect scalable web APIs and backend systems.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure alignment.
- Conduct interviews to attract high-performing candidates.
- Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency.
You will need
- At least 5 years experience in full-stack software development.
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- In-depth experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL.
- Experience with modern frontend libraries and frameworks.
- Experience scaling Ruby on Rails backend architecture is a plus.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
