Responsibilities
- Advocate for users in shaping our product and design strategies, informed by data and user insights.
- Identify future opportunities and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Own design projects from concept to implementation.
- Partner with Product to define and refine features and functionality.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on effort and ROI.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design quality.
- Provide strong design recommendations and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Foster a feedback culture, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Help build foundational design processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design experience.
- Strong attention to detail and polished design aesthetic.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work and visual design.
- Experience with UX artifacts like flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ability to use research and data to inform design decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional designs with a focus on the right details at each stage.
- Clear communication skills, both visual and written.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead design efforts.
- CSS, front-end, and Webflow experience is a plus.
