Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable frontend features using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with our team of expert fraud fighters to create intuitive, data-driven tools that empower analysts to easily detect and fight fraudulent activity.
- Work with Node.js on backend integration, contributing to full-stack features that deliver impactful functionality.
- Ensure that code quality remains high by adhering to best practices, contributing to code reviews, and maintaining frontend development standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Take ownership of your work by driving projects from initial concept to production deployment, ensuring excellent user experiences.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
An Ideal Candidate Has
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience working with Node.js for backend development.
- A track record of successfully delivering high-quality production services and systems.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong emphasis on empathy towards users.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English - from casual chats to formal reports.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with frontend performance optimization and modern build tools.
- Familiarity with building out frontend tooling and design systems.
- Relevant industry experience, particularly in banking or fintech, and domain knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance.
