About Us
Stedi is building the worldโs only API-first clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. What Weโre Looking For
We are excited to have begun delivering our first higher-level Healthcare product, Eligibility Manager, and are seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end user experience, help drive early adoption and work with our customers to continue to shape and iterate on this first of its kind product. Eligibility Manager addresses a critical challenge at the top of our customers' funnels: failed eligibility checks, where patients seeking care are blocked due to coverage verification issues. Designed as a visual tool, Eligibility Manager empowers healthcare administration staff, a new user cohort for Stedi, who require a solution tailored to their specialized, high-level operational needs, distinct from our traditional engineering-focused users. What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse product.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction.
- Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets).
- Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product.
- Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
- Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
- Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stediโs overall product suite.
Who You Are
- Substantial product management experience at a healthcare B2B software company with a track record of delivering successfully-adopted UI and/or API products.
- Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
- You can translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
- Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality.
- You thrive in an ambiguous environment, and lean on automation to eliminate toil.
