Job Description
As a Growth Manager for vouchers & gift cards at Skillshare, you'll be responsible for operations and sales directly to consumers and businesses as well as through indirect channels such as resellers. You'll set the strategy and lead execution to achieve growth goals for each segment.
The ideal candidate has launched and grown a gift card program. They will use a combination of thoughtful analysis, new processes, and hand-on management to achieve results. This is an opportunity to make an impact by optimizing an existing program and launching new ones with end-to-end ownership.
What you'll do
- Lead the growth of existing voucher sales to businesses, managing inbound leads and targeted outbound.
- Lead the planning and implementation of gift card capabilities, working across the organization for support and success.
- Develop strategies to increase voucher & gift card sales by major segments: consumers, businesses, and resellers.
- Day-to-day program operations, and sales & marketing execution with support from peers and contractors.
- Full responsibility for the planning, investments, and performance against goals.
Why we're excited about you
- 5+ years experience developing a gift card program in-house, involving a mix of business operations, technical implementation, and sales growth.
- Practical experience managing card processors (Fiserv, SVS), distributors (BHN, InComm), and supporting roles (legal, finance, accounting, customer service).
- Familiar with a range of industry vendors and solutions, being able to design a new program, negotiate optimal terms, and lead a rollout.
- Evidence of analytical skills, preferably with the use of data, statistics, and/or models.
- Know how to assemble and coordinate resources to achieve sales results - you feel a strong sense of ownership for your work and goals.
