In this role, you will
- Lead design initiatives for desktop web, mobile web, and mobile app (iOS and Android).
- Collaborate with the Head of Product, CEO, and CTO to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for product design as the team grows.
- Contribute to hiring and recruiting efforts for future designers.
- Ensure consistent designs across all platforms with reusable component libraries.
You will need
- At least 5 years of digital product design experience.
- 5 years of UI/UX experience and 3 years in SaaS.
- Familiarity with or interest in holistic healthcare and wellness.
- Proven collaboration with engineering, product, and senior leaders.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities to communicate design concepts.
