In this role, you will
- Work with Design and Engineering to build the best Control Plane for Kong Gateway and Konnect.
- Build a data-informed product roadmap, defining priorities, and overseeing customer success.
- Engage directly with customers to ensure their success with current features and gather feedback on proposed items.
- Craft and implement go-to-market strategies, including field enablement and community feedback.
- Act as a technical advocate, delivering presentations on Kongβs API management capabilities.
You will need
- 4+ years of software product management experience on complex technical products.
- Hands-on ability to debug technical products such as Kong and Konnect.
- Strong knowledge of API management and creating effective Control Planes.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability within a fast-paced technology landscape.
