In this role, you will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces.
- Conduct user-centric and competitor analysis.
- Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts.
- Imagine interfaces for next-gen energy storage devices and AI-driven grid management.
- Support product definitions through discovery sessions.
- Demonstrate experience with design tools for successful delivery of artifacts.
You will need
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Proven track record in UX design, preferably in tech or energy sectors.
- Bachelorβs Degree in Design, User Experience, Information Systems, or relevant fields.
- Experience with Design Systems.
- Proficiency with Figma and Figma Libraries.
- Experience with Agile Practices.
- Ability to embrace change and work in ambiguity.
- Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams.
- Well-curated design portfolio for review.
