In this role, you will
- Design solutions to test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Articulate design decisions clearly to teams.
You will need
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies relevant to mental health.
- A nuanced approach to designing for a diverse user base.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in user trust and safety.
