In this role, you will
- Build an understanding of how people discover, learn, try, and buy Octopus for the first time.
- Identify experiments and concrete opportunities to help evaluators reach a conclusion.
- Work with other product teams to offer patterns and feedback on how key capabilities can be evaluated easily.
- Collaborate with your team's Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering to experiment and implement validated ideas.
- Partner with Marketing and Billing Experience to improve the end-to-end evaluation experience.
- Inspire and excite the team about their work's purpose and impact.
You will need
- Multiple years of experience working on developer, infrastructure, or enterprise B2B SaaS products.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to prioritize changes that convert interest into customers.
- Utilization of qualitative and quantitative research, experiments, and hypotheses to uncover new opportunities.
- The ability to foster a highly collaborative approach among executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- A passion for representing the product experience and enhancing customer engagement.
