Key Responsibilities
- Concept assets that emphasize value propositions, reasons to believe, and calls to action that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Produce compelling, conversion-focused ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as email templates and banner ads.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to create data-informed designs, producing and iterating on multiple asset variations for A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Ensure cohesive, on-brand visual design across all performance marketing campaigns and channels by maintaining and refining visual guidelines for consistency.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
