Responsibilities
- Own the GTM strategy for Bazaarvoice Vibe's social & creator product areas including positioning, messaging, launches, and adoption.
- Build compelling narratives differentiating Bazaarvoice Vibe in social media management, creator marketing, affiliate monetization, sampling, and social commerce.
- Lead product launches and feature releases with cross-functional partners delivering key assets, messaging, and training.
- Drive competitive positioning efforts with research-backed insight and strategic clarity; guide internal teams to win.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and services teams to equip the field for selling, supporting, and upselling social & creator offerings.
- Gather market intelligence and voice of customer to inform roadmap priorities and product-market fit.
- Create clear sales and marketing collateral including one-sheets, web copy, playbooks, and customer decks.
- Serve as strategic partner to Product Management influencing roadmap with market context and GTM requirements.
- Partner with Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Field Marketing for demand generation, booking, revenue conversion, and customer advocacy.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of product marketing or relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally martech, adtech, social platforms, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience owning GTM strategy, leading successful product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional messaging and positioning skills turning features into compelling stories for marketing and commerce leaders.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, creator/influencer marketing, affiliate, or commerce ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with bias for action prioritizing and executing in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales, product, and executive stakeholders with fluent communication across business, technical, and creative teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
