Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive GTM strategies, including market positioning, messaging, and product differentiation.
- Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging deep market research and insights to inform product development, roadmaps, and GTM strategies.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Design, Enablement, and Marketing teams to influence product roadmaps.
- Manage and develop a growing team of product marketers as a player-coach.
- Oversee creation of product collateral, sales enablement materials, and executive presentations ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
- Define and track key performance metrics to assess product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 6 years in product marketing and 5 years in people management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating engaging narratives.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into digestible, relatable writing.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven success working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence in a fast-paced startup environment.
