Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and usage of our platform.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Work with the product team to extract key features and benefits of our platform and how we solve real customer problems.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Work with the sales team to develop product demos, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Support partner marketing initiatives by collaborating on joint marketing materials and campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and optimize marketing programs to improve conversion rates and increase customer lifetime value.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics to the executive team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise software, specifically in the fraud prevention or compliance space.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver results.
- Experience collaborating with partners on joint marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
- Familiarity with the financial services or eCommerce industry is a plus.
