Responsibilities

  • Shape how software capabilities are bundled and priced to accelerate school onboarding
  • Arm Sales and Customer Success with deck-ready stories, objection-handlers and launch kits
  • Partner with Product Managers to roll out new features for maximum adoption and clear success metrics
  • Expand focus from school-facing software to the educator side of the marketplace over time

Success Criteria

  • Steady uptick in school platform adoption and active usage
  • Clear, differentiated messaging adopted across web, email, demo decks and sales calls
  • Sales and Customer Success teams working with more schools using the software due to compelling story

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of customer problems; user-first mindset
  • Ability to create content that converts across channels using story-driven media, design, and copy
  • Comfortable with analytics tooling and data dashboards
  • Collaborates effectively with Product Managers, Growth, and Sales teams
  • Nice-to-haves: education-tech or marketplace experience, prior US go-to-market exposure
