Mission
- Drive Qonto's growth in France by winning the French market through strategic product penetration and accelerated adoption of new products.
- Be the voice of the market and partner with the local Managing Director to own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Qonto products in France.
Responsibilities
- Lead competitive intelligence and gather customer product insights to influence the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain robust feedback processes among French customers, commercial teams, and Product teams.
- Adapt global product strategy and messaging to the French market, ensuring local relevance and compliance.
- Lead go-to-market plans and customer activation initiatives to drive product adoption among French SMEs.
- Develop sales enablement materials, training, and support for Sales and Customer Success teams in France.
- Take ownership of strategic product projects, set clear success metrics, and demonstrate impact on growth.

- Manage relationships with 30-40 stakeholders including Managing Director, product, marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and BI teams.

- Expertise in building high-performing teams and global repositioning strategies.

Requirements
- 6-7 years professional experience with strong market and business acumen; fintech knowledge preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand needs and leverage insights.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem solving using data and feedback.
- Experience influencing without authority and building consensus across teams.
- Proven ability to execute strategic plans and lead go-to-market launches.
- Native or fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills.
