What you will do

  • Understand key personas, use cases, and value drivers for Coupa products to create effective product positioning and messaging.
  • Enable sales and customer success teams to communicate the value of Coupa’s offerings through the creation of sales tools, collateral, and enablement processes.
  • Deliver market and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and improve market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive pipeline, revenue, and product roadmap shaping.
  • Engage with customers and prospects in the field to support deals, gather insights, and identify ideal customers for references and case studies.

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with a proven track record in driving messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to diagnose business issues and resolve problems effectively.
  • Experience in presenting to diverse audiences, from small groups to large events, with the ability to engage, persuade, and communicate product value.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing and commanding respect across teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a preference for an MBA and experience in CRM (Salesforce) or marketing Procurement/Finance SaaS products.
