Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive product launch strategies, GTM plans, and ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Build compelling product messaging, positioning, and narratives that resonate with target audiences in the crypto ecosystem.
- Lead the entire product marketing lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, driving significant user adoption and engagement.
- Manage and mentor a team of high performing and experienced product marketers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, and communications to ensure cohesive product development and market success.
- Deliver market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
- Listen to market feedback, user needs, and internal stakeholders to inform and refine product marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the marketing organization through insightful analysis and persuasive communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years specifically in product marketing.
- Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in crypto marketing, including a strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and stablecoin trends.
- Proven experience in managing and growing marketing teams.
- Highly strategic mindset with the ability to define long-term vision and translate it into actionable, detailed plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- A deep understanding of market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
