Responsibilities
- Own the n8n visual brand including brand guidelines, creative direction, and quality across all channels and formats (static, motion, video, OOH)
- Ensure consistency and clarity across every brand expression: campaigns, social, website, employer brand, and events
- Act as the creative partner for strategic brand moments β conferences, launches, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives
- Manage and scale our creative partner network, onboarding and leading freelancers and agencies for specialized formats (e.g. decks, YouTube intros, motion, social)
- Build and evolve brand processes β setting internal expectations, aligning timelines, and creating systems to support high-velocity, high-quality work
- Create hands-on work β from assets and templates to mockups and visual storytelling β while setting the standard for creative excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years in creative, brand, or visual design roles (ideally B2B SaaS or devtools)
- 4+ years in a lead position owning things end to end
- A portfolio showing excellent brand craft across web, campaigns, and systems
- Proven ability to drive both brand strategy and hands-on execution
- Experience managing creative vendors (freelancers, agencies)
- High attention to detail, clarity of thought, and visual storytelling
- Fluent in async, remote-first collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with devtools, open source, or technical audiences
- Motion/video storytelling skills (hands-on or via partners)
- Experience with brand evolutions or rebrands
- Employer brand or talent marketing exposure
- Interest in systems, process, and scaling a creative function
