Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Maximus's visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand standards for digital and physical platforms.
- Create and update the brand book as the guide for creative expression.
- Partner with leadership to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Build and optimize a high-velocity creative asset generation system.
- Implement workflows balancing creative excellence with a fast-growing environment.
- Establish metrics to measure and improve creative output quality and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of creative technologies and AI tools to speed production.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a creative team including designers, copywriters, and specialists.
- Foster a culture of excellence, experimentation, and accountability.
- Develop career paths and balance in-house and external partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, Clinical, Science, Technology, Sales, and Partnership teams.
- Oversee all creative output ensuring alignment with Maximus as a premium leader.
- Champion innovative approaches to differentiate in wellness market.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in flagship projects while delegating to the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of creative leadership experience with at least 3 years managing teams.
- Proven brand-building track record in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors.
- Expertise in brand development, visual systems, and multi-channel execution.
- Experience building creative operations balancing quality with speed.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work driving business results.
- Strong understanding of digital-first creative and emerging platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level presentations and influence.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
