Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market and adoption strategy for PushPress suite products β Grow, Commerce, Platform, Train, and AI releases.
- Build messaging, refine positioning, lead launches, enable internal teams.
- Lead GTM strategy for Grow, defining positioning and campaigns, building adoption playbooks, driving demo conversions, and sales enablement.
- Own GTM for payment reliability and Stripe integrations, work with Product and Partners to drive customer trust and business growth.
- Lead GTM for broader platform initiatives, including marketplace, integrations, apps, and partner ecosystem.
- Drive adoption of PushPress Train as a coaching and programming solution.
- Lead launch and scaling of AI-powered product(s), partner to craft messaging and monitor adoption.
Success Metrics
- Grow: Improved close rates, expanded use, increased renewals and upsells.
- Commerce: Increased payments volume.
- Platform: Increased awareness, utilization of integrations, and partner integrations.
- Train: Improved retention and feature adoption.
- AI Expansion: Smooth launch, early adoption, positive feedback, ability to scale.
Requirements
- Experience owning product marketing at a hyper growth startup.
- Experience launching AI and AI-native products.
- Multi-product ownership across products, categories, or verticals with unified brand narratives.
- Strong messaging and storytelling skills aligned to ICP-centric messages.
- Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and analysis.
- Cross-functional partnership with Growth, Sales, CX, and Product teams.
- Hands-on execution from planning to launch and iteration.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with CRMs and campaign tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom.
- Knowledge of product analytics tools (Heap, Segment, Amplitude, Pendo, GA4).
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Background in fitness and SMB SaaS.
- Familiarity with product analytics and AI tools.
