Responsibilities
- Lead creation and execution of go-to-market initiatives supporting product adoption, internal alignment, and customer understanding
- Ensure successful product launches by executing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement
- Equip frontline teams with tools and content to position and sell solutions effectively
- Produce educational content to support onboarding, adoption, and long-term product value
- Align internal teams on product strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Serve as primary enablement owner for Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams
- Develop and maintain solution and company education content like one-pagers, decks, and use case explainers
- Manage product and feature launches from planning to execution including documentation and communications
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure aligned and timely launches
- Create and manage internal enablement materials including case studies, battlecards, and FAQs
- Manage enablement portal and documentation governance in Guru
- Apply persona and industry insights to shape messaging across content and campaigns
- Ensure teams are prepared for rollouts and understand value communication
- Partner with CRO, Product, RevOps, and Growth to support pricing and packaging development
Requirements
- 4+ years product marketing experience with ownership of launches and enablement
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills synthesizing technical concepts into clear messaging
- Proven success working independently across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to set priorities and handle ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of B2B marketing and sales cycles, preferably SaaS or enterprise
