Key Responsibilities

  • Architect brand evolution to position Horizon3.ai as the AI-first cybersecurity leader.
  • Develop a bold narrative linking company technology and mission to AI revolution.
  • Collaborate with CEO, CMO, and Product leads on category language, story architecture, and brand hierarchy.
  • Lead all brand creative aspects including identity systems, visual design, campaigns, product launches, thought leadership.
  • Create emotionally resonant, high-impact content for customers, media, investors, and talent.
  • Set editorial and visual standards reflecting innovation, confidence, and authenticity.
  • Integrate AI tools into all brand and creative workflows to boost efficiency and agility.
  • Mentor and develop creative talent skilled in AI-augmented environments.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, product, events, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Partner with growth, product marketing, and field teams to align creative strategy with GTM goals.
  • Maintain brand guardianship as the company scales globally.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class creative team emphasizing strategy, design excellence, and technical curiosity.
  • Foster collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to embed brand throughout the business.
  • Operate as both visionary and executor, balancing strategy and hands-on leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years experience in brand, creative, or marketing leadership, ideally in high-growth B2B or AI-driven tech firms.
  • Deep understanding of AI including trends, tools, and narrative positioning.
  • Proven ability to build and evolve category-defining brands in complex or emerging markets.
  • Leadership in guiding creative teams through AI transformations with productivity gains.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and design skills, articulating complex ideas clearly and emotionally.
  • Data-informed mindset valuing creativity, culture, and authenticity.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
